What's For Lunch?

  • Beginning School

  • All Beginning School students bring a lunch from home. They may purchase milk for $.50 by signing up with the Beginning School administrative assistant.

  • McCarthey and Lincoln Campuses

  • Rowland Hall is proud to serve a healthy balanced lunch with many items that are homemade and prepared by our lunch staff. Rowland Hall strives for the best food for our students and have made recent changes to improve the quality of the lunch program.

Most of the vegetables and fruits served in Rowland Hall cafeterias are organic. Three to five fresh fruits from Utah growers are offered daily along with canned ones packed in water or their own juices. All meats and cheeses served in the cafeterias are locally grown and produced. The meat is top quality with no artificial flavoring, coloring, chemical preservatives or synthetic ingredients. Chicken and other meat products are natural and certified organic. Animals are: fed all vegetarian diets, raised on soil that is free of pesticides and commercial fertilizers, and are not given antibiotics or hormones. And, cattle are traceable to place of birth.

The Rowland Hall cafeterias offer two salad bars every day, one has fresh cut fruits and the other is a typical salad bar with its many healthy choices.

A vegetarian choice is available daily and a variety of sandwiches are available as well.
